Abdominal Therapy

Abdominal Therapy

Abdominal Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive therapy aimed at improving digestion, all stages of reproductive health, reducing stress, and enhancing overall well-being. This practice has roots in traditional medicine systems, including ayurvedic and Chinese medicine, where it is believed to help balance the body's energy flow as well as indigenous medicinal systems, where the spiritual and physical health are intertwined. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹
