Inner Peace Massage & Meditation is nestled in the heart of the Lakes Region in the beautiful downtown of Center Harbor, NH. In this calm, peaceful setting you'll find your Inner Peace with me. My name is Rachel Payne, I grew up in the Lakes Region and am excited to become a part of and serve the Center Harbor Community.

I graduated from Seacoast Career School Manchester in 2012. I have been practicing massage for the last 10 years. My approach is a blend of therapeutic and relaxation techniques; believing that the body needs more therapeutic and intense deep work balanced with deliberate relaxation. Along with the many skills studied in school I am also certified in Infant & Thai Massage, Reflexology, Arvigo Therapy and Hospice & Elder massage. And will soon be a certified Meditation Teacher.
