The 8-week course focuses on the theory of meditation, meditation styles and the physical and psychological benefits of daily practice.
Rachel explains the art of focusing on the present and letting go of the distractions of life, ways to make meditation practice as comfortable as possible, and introduce you to various breathing techniques and exercises on staying mindful even in challenging environments.
